Terms and conditions of Rent a Car „Real Estate & Co":

1. Limited mileage - 300km/day. Surcharge for each exceeded kilometer 0.15€.

2. Car rental charges must be paid in advance, at moment of car renting.

3. Methods od payments: a)in cash, b)with Credit Card (MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express).

4. Deposit is mandatory (in cash).

5. VAT is included in price.

6. For longer renting period is allowed special price.  

7. Drop off and pick up of vehicle must be surcharged.

8. For rent a car reservation client must pay 50% of total costs, and the other 50% he is obliged to pay at moment of car hire. In case of cancellation of reservation, paid amount is not refundable.

9. For rent a car extention, client must inform due on time branch office and sign new contract for extention of renting period. 

10. Driver: a) must be at least 23 years old, b)must own driving liscence at least one year, c)for the procedure of conclusion of rent a car agreement, beside the driving liscence client must show passport or identity card (copies must reamain in branch office).

11. Client is obliged to return car with the same level of fuel as it was at moment of renting.

12. Parking and traffic penalties are clients responsabilities.

13. Vehicles are CASCO insured. CASCO insurance doesn't cover tires and windscreen.

14. In case of accident, client is obliged not to move the car from the spot of accident and immediately contact police department for damage report. In case if client moves car from the spot of accident and don't provide branch office with valid damage report, client will be obliged to cover all costs for damage repair.
